Rainy Photoshoot

In between the thunderstorms, I managed to get a few shots during my photo shoot today. Not the best conditions, but I was challenged to get the shots in a short amount of time. 

My boys decided to attempt to go swimming during this weather too.  They got their big toe in the water before being told not to get in due to thunder. 

All in all, it was a great day, despite the bad timing of the thunderstorms. 

Tomorrow, we have an outdoor birthday party. I am hoping that the weather will not be a repeat of today. :)

Swim day 3 was explosive

Well, at least he was out of the pool when he exploded his swim pull up. 

He still hasn't gotten there with his #2 potty training. And, my hubby was trying to talk me out of him wearing his swim pull-ups. Glad I didn't listen to his advice today. Whew!

Swim Day 1

With my couponing at CVS today, I think we are ready for a summer of swimming at the pool. (swim pull ups) I even got a $10 gas card and used $7.50 in coupons for the pull ups. I love CVS.

We had a blast swimming with our neighbors and enjoyed getting "used to" the water again. He was excited, but timid when it came time to swim around the pool.

We swam about an hour, but he was not excited about leaving. He is ready to go tomorrow with Daddy!

I am going to enjoy floating in the water this summer as well.

Memorial Day traffic

We couldn't leave as early as we wanted to and paid for it when we got downtown ATL. It took us an extra hour to get home today. Braves game? Festivals? Family functions? Whew! 

Very happy my son is still taking a nap today, now that we are home. He does not sleep in the car. 

I think I might sleep as well.

2.5 hour nap complete. Wow! I feel amazing! Thank you, son!
